Withdrawal of winnings
Customer service sucks!! They don't listen nor are they knowledgeable of the companies policies and procedures. This is the WORST experience after Bovada that I've ever had.
I won a 3 pick bet other day only to find out the SAME CARD they accept money from to deposit isn't available to be used to WITHDRAW my money I won. Customer service is terrerriiiibbbllleeeee.
They suck! No type of common sense or real concern for the customers needs.
I won but they won't give me my money unless I use ANOTHER CARD first to DEPOSIT more money on my account b4 I can get what I rightfully won and earned thru numerous losses they have no problem happen unobstructed. Once I get my money I'm never using this platform again.

Can't login or place bets
Second time I called and this time the person didnt even answer. The phone left me hanging and thats a damn shame that Ive been dealing with this for a few years now, but I dont know what to say, man Im just trying not to lose my money at least Im hoping I get a reimbursement, hoping and praying.

I had a situation last night that two ladies so kindly were handling. I could not withdraw $10,000 that I won on the site.
My bank was not accepting the deposit banks dont like gambling deposits and its very difficult to do.
The one lady gave me a very good idea, and I was trying to utilize her idea, and I hit the wrong tab which ended up closing my own account
I closed my own account by accident. I got very upset because $10,000 is a lot of money and now I did not have access to it.
Today I contacted customer service again told them I was very upset and $10,000 was a lot of money and I accidentally closed my own account and I needed it open to get the money out.
After our conversation, the gentlemans name was Chip, after talking to me for 10 minutes he deemed me a gambling addict and my account got closed by the company because they said I was a gambling addict. I dont know where they all got their psychiatry degrees . I was highly insulted.
I spoke to another customer service gentleman who was very polite and he understood why I was so insulted and for my own pride I told him to go look at my stats. I had less deposits and more wins. I was up in the positive in my stats - if I was a gambling addict, I would be way in the negative
He said that was a good point and that would be taken in consideration, and they would probably open my account back up
Well, I dont want my account back up. I wouldnt bet on that site if it was the last one on earth all I want is my $10,000 that is being held hostage and I cant get in my account to get it because they closed it because Im a gambling addict and no one has ever met me.
They dont know my life. They dont know anything about me but they know Im a gambling addict even though my stats are in the positive. They have assured me, someone is going to be in contact with me, but its been over 24 hours. I dont know about the rest of you, but I live check by check.
To tell me that theyre gonna close my account is an idle threat.
Do they know that theres like 100 gambling sites that I could choose to go gamble on if I wanted to its like Im being put in a time out and insulted at the same time by someone without a medical degree I feel slandered.
I sure hope I have my $10,000 in my own account by the end of the day or I will write you again and let you know so everyone can read this. Thank you for publishing this.
